Born and raised on the Eastern Shore, Gretchen graduated from Salisbury University. She has been with the office for over 5 years and is a familiar face in person and on the phone. She has over 15 years of office management experience and strives for promptness and efficiency with a smile. When she is not working, Gretchen spends time with her husband and 5 children.
